His style is partly in expressionist idiom, but also with a touch of Scottish Colourist in his use of light and colour.
As many of his paintings suggest, Morrison works intuitively, expressively and in something of a hurry - then comes the reflection.
In his own words "In a sometimes depressing world, I want to create a feeling of joy and happiness, with high key colour and vibrant style.
