Marion continues to dazzle with her figurative work using the paint in a strong dramatic way that flows over the forms easily.
She works mainly in oils, enjoying the intensity of sculpting the paint with knives, rags and fingers that she feels engender the dynamic forces of nature into her art.
Rather than to be restricted by subject matter she believes in painting real life, her aim being to capture the 'moment' and 'light' in her paintings. Marion exhibits with the gallery once or twice a year.
